A line of four- and eight-slot CompactPCI backplanes is available in both 3U and 6U formats using the company's Z-PACK 2-mm hard-metric backplane connectors. The backplanes and connectors are designed to support the high data rates and demanding physical requirements associated with next-generation industrial computer and telephony applications.The company offers electrical simulation, power distribution and PWB CAD services to support semi-custom CompactPCI backplane designs, or for design of full-custom systems with an embedded bus. Thermal analysis, mechanical design and EMI control services are also available to support design of either semi-custom Eurocages or full-custom metal enclosures.
