Right-Angle Connectors Sport Lowest Profiles

Oct. 1, 1999

With a profile of just 0.9 mm, the Series 6250/6252 right-angle connectors are said to have the lowest profile in the industry. The 0.5-mm pitch SMT connectors' reduced stacking height is an advantage in space-constrained designs. The 6250 is a single-sided, bottom-contact connector, while the 6252 is a top-contact unit. Both are zero-insertion-force connectors with from six to 30 fine-pitch contacts. And their current rating is 0.04A maximum for up to 50V.
