Said to be the smallest eight-lead packages in the industry for triple buffer and inverter functions, the NC7NZ14 triple inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs and NC7NZ04 triple inverters are fabricated using an advanced CMOS technology. Housed in a tiny, US8 package measuring just 2 mm x 3.1 mm and less than 1 mm high, the new buffers are targeted at applications that include PDAs, digital cameras, and notebook PCs.
