Sensor/Actuator Connectors Guard Against Interference

Through use of a metal sheath, the PLUSCON-SACC shielded sensor/actuator plug connectors are reported to sharply reduce interference from electromagnetic fields. When assembled, the wire mesh of the shielded cable is placed over a large area of the metal housing, bridging the cable and protecting signals. Four- and five-pin M12 connectors are available in a plug or socket version in either straight or right-angled configurations.
