Pushbutton Stations Save Assembly Time

July 1, 1999

Intended for machine control uses, Bulletin 800E 22-mm Push Button Standard Assembled Stations are pre-assembled to reduce installation time while ensuring that the station is assembled correctly. Up to 40 pre-assembled configuration options provide flexibility for users. The pushbutton stations achieve IP66 and Type 4, 4X, 12 and 13 ratings, and standard conduit entry locations can be easily punched out. The Allen-Bradley lubrication-free, diaphragm-sealed 800EP-style pushbuttons are factory installed, along with base mounted three-across contact blocks and power modules. Standard stations come in vertical or horizontal mounting styles and include back panel voltages of 24, 120 or 240 vac.
