Devices Meet IF Filtering Needs For 2.4 GHz ISM Applications

Nov. 1, 1998

A family of SAW filter devices centered at 280 MHz for wireless LAN, the SA280ZA-002, SA280HS-003 and SA280HS-004 devices have 3 dB bandwidth of 1.5 MHz. The SA280ZA-002 has the smallest dimensions (4.8 x 9.1 x 1.8 mm), while the best attenuation is performed by the SA280HS-003 (minimum of 40 dB at ±2.875 MHz). Typical insertion loss ranges from 8.1 dB for the SA280HS-003 to 9.1 for the SA280HS-004.
