Alkaline Batteries Suited For High-Tech Devices

These Ultra AA and AAA alkaline batteries are said to last up to 80% longer than previous versions in such high-tech devices as digital cameras and cell phones, and up to 60% longer in flash cameras. The improved alkaline technology is also featured in the firm's new Ultra C, D and 9V size alkaline batteries. In halogen flashlights, the D batteries last up to three more hours and in super boom boxes the C batteries last up to two more hours when compared to ordinary alkaline batteries. Also introduced is a line of Ultra A photo lithium batteries in 123, 223, 245 and CR2 sizes that find wide use in flash cameras.
