High-Voltage RF Connectors Feature Recessed Center Conductors

May 1, 2001

Capable of handling voltages up to 15 kV, the QDS HV series of RF connectors features recessed beryllium-copper center conductors with overlapping Teflon dielectrics. Suitable for use in pulse applications, the high-voltage RF connectors are available as receptacles and as jacks and plugs for RG217 cable. To ensure secure connections, the connectors have a positive mating, quick-disconnect design that requires them to be manually pulled back in order to be released.
The connectors also have brass outer shells that can be either nickel or silver plated and, depending on configuration and quantity, are priced starting at $49.95 each.
