Ohmmeter Measures Very Small Resistances

Aug. 1, 1998

Capable of rapid and precise measurement of extremely small resistances, the Resistomat 2318 milli-ohmmeter is a robust desktop instrument suitable for laboratory as well as heavy-duty industrial applications. The meter can be used manually, or, when used with its RS-232 interface, can be integrated into an automatic testing system. Well-suited for measuring the resistance of cables, transformer windings, fuses, switches, and other components, Resistomat 2318 has a 20 milliohms to 200 kiloohms range, 0.05% accuracy, and resolution up to 1 µ-ohms.
