Photoelectric Sensor Can Work In Extremely Tight Spaces

Aug. 1, 1998

With a sensing head only 2 mm in diameter, RL20 photoelectric sensor offers a maximum sensing distance of 12 mm on a white Kodak card or 250 mm with a reflector. The resolution permits recognition of objects as small as 0.05 mm in diameter at a distance of 6 mm. Using copper cables that can withstand high dynamic stresses and critical bending radii, emitting and receiving electronics are all contained within the sensing head.
