Quad And Dual SPST Analog Switches Feature Low On-Resistance

Jan. 1, 1999

Replacing mechanical relays in current-switching or automatic test equipment applications, the MAX4604 through MAX4609 quad and dual SPST CMOS analog switches offer an on-resistance of only 5 ohms matched to within 0.5 ohms maximum and flat to within 0.5 ohms over the specified signal range for quad versions. Each device can handle rail-to-rail analog signals and offers an off leakage current of only 2.5 nA maximum at 85°C. Devices operate from 4.5V to 36V supplies or from dual ±4.5V to ±20V supplies.
