Miniature Sensor Employs Powerful Sensing Beam

Nov. 1, 1998

With a 26-ft. opposed mode sensing range and a 6.5-ft. sensing range in the retro-reflective mode augmented by models with 2-in. focus, Q23 and QH23 Series of photoelectric sensors are self-contained and operate from 20 to 30 vdc. Dimensions are 34 x 12 x 23 mm and housings are available in vertical or horizontal versions. Also available are short and long range diffuse and fiber optic models. The sensors feature highly visible red sensing beams that are easy to set up and align. These sensors offer versatile output configurations and self-diagnostics. Users can choose complementary NPN (sinking) or PNP (sourcing) outputs switching up to 150 mA loads.
