Power Splitters Address ISM Band

Oct. 1, 2000

The PD22-73 power divider and HY22-73 90° hybrid are designed for operation in the 2.1 to 2.3 GHz ISM band. Both devices are 50W components that are said to offer low loss, high isolation, and exceptional phase and amplitude balance. The monolithic circuitry is completely passive and is available in a small six-lead, SOT-6 surface-mount package supplied on tape and reel for high-volume, low-cost applications. The HY22-73 is priced at $0.60 and the PD22-73 costs $0.75, each/50,000.
