RF & Microwave Power Meter Is Highly Accurate

Nov. 1, 2000

Developed specifically from budget-minded engineers who need to accurately measure CW or swept RF and microwave power in the field or in the laboratory, this new RF and microwave power meter (parts 9000A and 9000B) operates from 100 kHz to 40 GHz. The unit features auto-ranging linearity of ±0.05 dB and an accurate CW power measurement range of -30 dBm to +20 dBm. It also provides a dc output voltage of -3.9V to +2.0V which is equivalent to power input of -39 dBm to +20 dBm.
An optional RS-232 serial port or IEEE-488 interface bus is available. The unit is completely portable, operating on internal, rechargeable batteries that offer greater than 12 hours of operation and includes an internal fast battery charger. Pricing is $1,555 for the 100 kHz to 18 GHz model; $1,625 for the 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz model; and $1,925 for the 100 kHz to 40 GHz model. Delivery is stock to three weeks.
