MC/AC Connector Has Snap-In Design

Aug. 1, 2001

Possessing a large throat that allows up to four-wire MC/AC installations, the SpeedSnap connectors are suitable for use with steel or aluminum 14/2 to 10/3 AWG metal clad and armored cables and 3/8" flexible metal conduit. The connectors are designed for quick, secure installation by simply pushing the cable into the connector and pushing the connector into a 1/2" box knockout. No tools are needed.Other features of the snap-in MC/AC/FMC connectors include a low profile body and internal and external spring-steel locking rings. Cable removal requires only a counterclockwise twist of the connector. For more details, call Tony Fasano at BRIDGEPORT FITTINGS INC., Stratford, CT. (203) 377-5944.
