Audio Jacks And Plugs Optimize Flexibility

Allowing OEMs to specify a wide variety of sizes, shapes, angles, platings and so on, these audio jacks are available as PC mount, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-conductor units offered in sizes of 2.5, 3.5 or 6.3 mm, or SMT types with 4, 5 or 6 conductors in sizes of 2.5 or 3.5 mm. Jack options include straight or right-angle housings, mono or stereo styles, plastic or bakelite handles, RCA pins, waterproofing, dual stacking and internal switching. Audio plugs are available as male or female types in 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-conductor types in sizes of 2.5, 3.5 or 6.3 mm for assembly or molding. Also available are pre-molded audio cable assemblies configured to user specifications. Options include terminations, strain reliefs and 18 to 30 AWG single or multiple wire. The audio jacks, plugs and cable assemblies are available shielded or unshielded, solder or screw terminal in many colors. Minimum order is 1000 pieces.
