Bluetooth App Integrates Three technologies

Sept. 1, 2001

By integrating the company's iBTStack Bluetooth protocol stack with U S Software's SuperTask real-time operating system (RTOS) and USNET TCP/IP stack on an ARM7TDMI platform, OEMs are said to be able to reduce their development cycles for Bluetooth apps. The iBTStack is a portable implementation of the Bluetooth protocol that is optimized for specific applications, including gateway, LAN access and PDA applications. The stack is pre-ported to the other two technologies to eliminate the need to integrate various software components.
