Compact SMT Oscillator Meets Wireless Needs

Sporting what is predicted to become the next generation standard package size to meet severely reduced space restrictions of the wireless and portable markets, the F500 Series SMD oscillator measures a compact 5.0 x 3.2 mm with a low profile of 1.4 mm. The device is well suited for use in micro-miniaturized versions of wireless and portable electronic devices.
Manufactured in a ceramic package, the devices provide a frequency range of 1.800 to 50.000 MHz with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm. An additional model offers a stability variant of ±50 ppm. The devices are available in 3.3V and 5V versions.
Operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C. An extended temperature unit provides an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Pricing for the oscillators is $4.00 each/1,000. Delivery is 12 weeks ARO.
