Dataloggers Monitor Temperature & Humidity

Targeting food industry applications, the MLH and MLT dataloggers claim to provide both a simple and an accurate means of monitoring and tracking temperature and humidity. The MLH (pictured) provides simultaneous reading of temperature and humidity. The instrument provides a temperature range of -13°F to 122°F with an accuracy of ±0.6°F using a linear sensing element. For humidity, the unit features capacitive polymer sensors to provide an accuracy of ±2% achieved over a range of 20% to 80%. The MLT is offered as an inexpensive means of analyzing and recording temperature in two ranges. The instrument samples up to every two minutes, runs continuously, stores up to 2000 readings, and records both the highest and lowest temperature every 30 minutes. The MLH costs $375 and the MLT costs $159.
