Oct. 1, 1999

For use in the modular racks of Ziatech Corp.'s STD 32 processors, a DeviceNet card and Profibus card addresses industrial control needs and further expand the capabilities of STD 32 systems. The DeviceNet Pro STD 32 card connects an STD bus processor directly to the DeviceNet network and is compatible with all applications written for the firm's ISA card. Applications include operator interface and HMI, PC-based control, network configuration, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and I/O emulation. Profibus STD 32 card connects an STD 32 bus processor directly to the Profibus network. It provides simultaneous operation of Profibus DP Master, DP Slave, FDL and FMS protocols.
