Digital Access Device Provides Six Functions On One Chip

The G3VM-351KM digital access arrangement (DAA) multifunction device combines six separate functions in a single device. These functions include dial pulsing, hookswitching, ring detection, electronic induction, and circuit protection. Specifications for the device include output load voltages of -350 V up to 350 V, a 50 mA input, and a maximum on-state current of 120 mA. Its ambient operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C and its maximum soldering temperature is 260°C for 10 seconds.
