Fans Cool Pentium III And Celeron CPUs

Nov. 1, 2000

Designed for Intel's new Coppermine Pentium III and Coppermine-120 Celeron FC-PGA processors, this line of FanCooler assemblies features a center cavity which comes into direct contact with the exposed chip while allowing the remaining heatsink base to remain in contact with the rest of the processor platform for balance. The base of the heatsink includes two side ribs for further stabilization. High quality, 5 vdc and 12 Vdc ball bearing fans with custom termination and alarm lead options are used. Also available are a variety of clip options including a modified socket 370 clip for the Intel Coppermine. A thermal interface is used to ensure superior heat transfer with excellent electrical isolation.
