HMI Tool Adds A Wealth Of New Features

Feb. 1, 2001

Designed for the company's family of intelligent operator interfaces, version 3.0 of the WinBuild 2000 HMI and control development software program provides a variety of new features. The BASIC editing environment allows for the use of BASIC pseudocodes in the same editing window along with the use of subroutines. This is said to significantly increase control capability and no longer requires user C code to perform complex tasks. Multitasking capabilities provide alarm and background task capabilities in what is said to be a friendly, easy-to-use environment. The software is available on CD-ROM or can be downloaded from the company's Web site. It is a free upgrade to users who currently have a licensed version of the product.
