Designed to allow temperature measurements at a distance from a target with the capability of identifying hot spots, the IRtec P500 non-contact infrared thermometer avoids costly downtimes and process problems that lead to rejected materials. The device features optional programmable alarms and auxiliary input for thermocouples type K and S. With no focusing required, bi-directional digital interface, single or twin lasers target pinpointing, and operation using either rechargeable or alkaline batteries, the device is accurate, compact and easy to use. Price is $963 each.
