With the I-Series universal memory emulator, designers can debug embedded systems with the same level of features as a microprocessor-type in-circuit emulator. The device provides real-time access to memory devices in embedded systems, enabling users to monitor and change target data and bus information. Complex triggers can be set on any combination of data values, address values and external inputs from other units. These trigger events can be set to signal the host PC, external equipment and/or force and interrupt on the target system. The unit emulates all types of memory, including EPROM, Flash, SRAM, EEPROM and DRAM. Capacities are up to 32 Mbits with support for devices from eight to 56 pins.
