Modular Components Manage Cable Runs

April 1, 1999

Designed to work with all standard EIA 19" communications racks, Open-Access modular cable management components are said to be easy to install and to be particularly well suited for use in high-density applications, including use in managing cables running to and from hubs. The cable management systems' horizontal panel options include fixed, rugged D-rings for faster installation. The systems come in a variety of styles, including D-ring only, D-ring with wiring duct, and high-capacity D-rings.Open-Access components and accessories are designed to provide bend radius control compliant with industry standards for Category 5 (or higher UTP) and fiber optic cables. Openings on horizontal panels simplify patching to active equipment.
