Precision Difference Amplifiers Serve As Circuit Building Blocks

The INA133 and INA143 families of high-speed difference amplifiers are said to provide wider supply range, improved input and output voltage range and better speed/quiescent current compared with previous generations. Both families offer singles and duals.The devices are often used as building blocks in precision circuit designs, such as instrumentation amplifiers, to reduce system errors and lower noise. Key specs for the INA133 include bandwidth of 1.5 MHz, a 5V/µs slew rate and fast settling of 5 µs to 0.01%. Offset voltage is 450 µV maximum.
