Quad Driver & Receiver Move Data Quickly

The UT54LVDS031 quad driver and UT54LVDS032 quad receiver are the latest additions to a LVDS (low voltage differential signaling) family of products developed for space-borne applications. The new chips address the demand for parts that can move large amounts of data quickly between systems or components within a satellite. LVDS products operate at 155 Mbps, with the low power, low noise devices useful in solving interface problems commonly found in satellite and satellite launch vehicle applications. The LVDS Commercial RadHard CMOS products operate from a 5V power supply and are RadHard to 300k rads (Si) with a single event latchup LET threshold of >128MeV-cm2/mg.
