SMA Adapters Adjust Phase Over A Wide Frequency Range

The Coaxicom 3993 series of devices offers a precise, yet simple means of making phase adjustments over frequency ranges up to 18 GHz. A phase adjustment nut that locks into place after setting provides the user with incremental changes in electrical length at 10°/GHz. The series is offered as an in-line adapter, or as a direct solder SMA plug for semi-rigid cable. All models can also be specified for 4, 8 or 12.4 GHz operation. Use of the adapters eliminates the need for cable trimming and allows phase matching to be done at the final production stages.
