Static Sensor Locates ESD Trouble Spots

The company's 718 Static Sensor and 718A Air Ionizer Test Kit work together to control ESD buildup. The static sensor measures voltages up to 20,000 kV on surfaces and reads accurately to ±5% of full measurement scale from a 1" distance. Small enough to fit in a pocket, the sensor's lightweight plastic housing is conductive and allows a properly grounded user to dissipate all ESD charges from the surface of the meter.
The air ionizer test kit is an option consisting of a charger plate and charger used with the static sensor to verify air ionizer performance. The charger can be used to deposit an electrostatic charge on the charger plate and then measure how long it takes the ionizer to neutralize the static charge.
