System Boasts Of High Airflow With Low Power And Noise Specs

April 1, 1999

A proprietary technology that minimizes compressed air consumption and noise while producing high volume outlet airflows up to 250 mph, Super Air Amplifiers have an aluminum die-cast construction with a shim that releases precise amounts of compressed air at exact intervals through the center of the amplifier. The jets of air create a constant, high velocity outlet flow across the entire cross sectional area. Additional free air is pulled through the unit to produce flows up to 25 times that of the compressed air consumed. Wind shear is minimized to reduce noise levels, and there are no dead spots that are common to other air amplifiers. Applications are exhausting smoke and fumes, cooling hot parts, distributing heat in ovens, and drying components. Five sizes range to 8" in diameter.
