Telecomm Battery Tolerates Harsh Environs

Designed to withstand the effects of widely fluctuating temperatures such as are found in harsh remote environments, Independence Tel-Power 30 and 40 Series of valve-regulated, lead-acid batteries have hermetically-sealed, flame-retardant polypropylene covers that can withstand operating temperatures of between 5°F and 176°F. The 12V telecomm batteries have nominal capacities of 28 Ah and 40 Ah, respectively, working at a 20-hour rate. Independence Tel-Power 30 and 40 Series batteries fit standard 19", 23" and 30" racks.
