In a tiny SOT-23 package, the DS1775 digital thermometer and thermostat maintains an accuracy of ±2°C throughout its 3V to 5V power range. Readouts are adjustable from 9 to 12 bits of resolution. By combining economies of scale and cost without sacrificing digital accuracy and flexibility, the DS1775 provides premium thermal management in space- and weight-constrained applications. Temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The devices consists of a digital temperature sensor, analog-to-digital converter, data registers, thermostatic comparator, and two-wire system interface. Accuracy is ±2°C over the 2.7V to 5.5V supply range.
