Thermal Grease Beats The Heat

Nov. 1, 1999

Offering resistances in the 0.02-0.07°C-in./W range, T-grease 401 has a 2.5W/m-°C rating with a service temperature range of from -50°C to 200°C. The material is formulated to maximize heat transfer between a semiconductor case and its heatsink and will not separate like conventional greases and will not harden during long exposure to elevated temperatures. The grease is available in bulk or syringes.
