Thermal Watchdog Takes Systems' Temperature

Designed for remote transmitter sites, the Thermal Watchdog Series 1 is a simple plug-and-play unit that takes up one rack slot and offers completely automatic temperature surveillance, automatic fan control, and sophisticated remote warning of any overheating that can occur in equipment installed in a rack. Operation is unattended for applications such as computer server sites, audio/video production suites, radio and TV stations, cellular telephone sites, and other installations where overheating could go undetected. The unit installs in any rack or equipment enclosure and requires no complicated wiring. It interfaces with many third-party pieces of equipment, including AMX, Crestron control panels or any alarm system device.
