TRIACs Handle Up To 25A

Oct. 1, 2000

The company's gated triacs offer current ratings from 0.8 to 25A and voltage ratings from 200 to 800V. These devices may be gate triggered from a blocking to conduction state for either polarity of the applied voltage and they are designed for ac switching and state control applications. The triggering signal is normally applied between the gate and MT1. They are available in a choice of different packages and isolated packages are offered with any internal construction that electrically isolates the case or mounting tab from the chip. Tape and reel packaging is also available.
