WAFER FOUNDRY SERVICES

Oct. 1, 1999

WAFER FOUNDRY SERVICES- More than 30 CMOS and BiCMOS processes are described in this CD-ROM. It gives analog and mixed-signal integrated-circuit design and process engineers quick access to information about the firm's wafer-processing capabilities. The CD-ROM lists the foundry's wide variety of analog processes and capabilities, including low-voltage (1.5 vdc) and high-voltage (12, 20, 30, and 100 vdc) processes, fusible-link technology, Schottky diodes, EPROM/EEPROM modules, high-resistance poly resistors, and low temperature coefficient poly resistors. Users of the CD-ROM also can receive new process and service document updates automatically from the Internet.
