Developed using CMOS technology, Seiko Instruments' voltage regulator IC's offer super low current consumption, low dropout voltage and high-accuracy output voltage of ±1.0%.

The S-1315 Series enables high density mounting due to a capacitor-less output. With current consumption as low as 7 µA typ., the S-1315 achieves high-speed response even without an output capacitor.

The S-1312/1313 and S-1333 Series offers low current consumption and a thermal shutdown circuit, ensuring longer battery life and preventing damage due to heat generation. Available in the HSNT-4(0808) package, the S-1312/1313 and S-1333 Series feature high power dissipation in an ultra-small package.
