Jonathan Simon is the systems engineering lead of Dust Networks Products, Linear Technology Corp. He has over a decade of experience making the lowest power, highest reliability wireless sensor networks in the world. Previously, he worked at Agilent research labs focusing on opto-mechanical design and thermal management for high-speed optical communications modules, at LLNL on counter proliferation technologies, and briefly as a special effects artist. He has a PhD in mechanical engineering (MEMS) from the University of California, Los Angeles.
