Doug Mitchell is currently Vice President of the RAM Product Line at Infineon Technologies, LLC. He has over 35 years of experience leading technology, marketing, and business development, focusing on memory technologies. He has held executive management positions including President & CEO of Simtek Corp., a high-performance nonvolatile memory supplier and VP of Sales & Marketing at Everspin Technologies, where he led business development for the company’s MRAM products. Doug holds an MBA from National University and a BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin.
