Kris Baxter is corporate vice president and general manager of the Embedded Business Unit at Micron Technology. He’s responsible for driving memory growth and leading Micron’s embedded business, which spans from automotive and industrial to the connected home and consumer applications.
Kris joined Micron in February 2010 as part of the Numonyx acquisition, most recently serving as marketing vice president of the Embedded Business Unit and holding director-level positions in both engineering and marketing in the Americas division and the EMEA region. Prior to Micron, he held various director-level positions at both Numonyx and Intel in sales, R&D, and engineering. Kris earned two bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the University of California, Davis.
