Jason Wei is Senior Scientist, Technical Service & Development at Dow, Asia Pacific. Wei has been with Dow for 17 years, engaged in application and formulation development of silicone rubber, adhesive, coating, potting, and thermally conductive materials for Dow’s consumer electronics and photovoltaic applications. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai, China in 2004 and joined Dow Corning after graduation.
