Rob Donath is an acknowledged technical, sales, and marketing professional with 30+ years of involvement in software, manufacturing, and consulting. Rob’s extensive and diverse experiences and skills span a wide variety of organizational areas, industries, and technologies.
Rob has been with the NETVIBES brand of Dassault Systèmes for over nine years in technical sales and solutions consulting roles. Previously, he worked with several software startups, including Fuz1on (NETVIBES and EXALEAD reseller partner prior to their acquisition by Dassault Systèmes), Enlighten Software Solutions (IPO in 1994), Wily Technology (purchased by CA, 2006), SpikeSource (VC funded – Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byers). and OTRS (open-source company based in Germany).
Prior to his involvement with startup software companies, Rob was an independent consultant to General Motors, specializing in Toyota production systems and corporate change enablement as part of the joint venture between Toyota and General Motors at NUMMI, which was located at Tesla’s current manufacturing facility in Fremont, Calif.
