Designed for high-volume applications, the AD855x and AD857x families of high-performance auto-zero op amps are claimed as the world's most accurate 3V to 5V devices. The AD855x offers better than 20-bit accuracy, offset voltage as low as 1µV over a -40°C to 125°C range, almost immeasurable drift over time and temperature, low voltage noise compared to other auto-zeroing amps, and no 1/f noise. The AD857x offers the same features as the AD855x, plus the firm's spread-spectrum auto-correction technique, no clock noise spike, and no intermodulation spikes.
