Bipolar Transistors Go Micro Mini

July 5, 2011
In the DFN packages measuring 1 mm x 0.6 mm, Diodes’ latest family of small-signal bipolar transistors promise the same performance as equivalent devices in larger packages.

In the DFN packages measuring 1 mm x 0.6 mm, Diodes’ latest family of small-signal bipolar transistors promise the same performance as equivalent devices in larger packages. The NPN/PNP devices specify operating voltages from 15V to 50V and peak currents to 1A. Also, they achieve typical on resistances of less than 300 m? at 0.5A. Pricing starts at $0.06 each/10,000.
