The company’s seven current-feedback (CFB) and voltage-feedback (VFB) amplifiers offer a gain flatness of 0.1 dB and over 100 mA of output current across bandwidths from 500 MHz to 1.5 GHz. The CLC1605 single and CLC3605 triple offer a 1.5-GHz

The company’s seven current-feedback (CFB) and voltage-feedback (VFB) amplifiers offer a gain flatness of 0.1 dB and over 100 mA of output current across bandwidths from 500 MHz to 1.5 GHz. The CLC1605 single and CLC3605 triple offer a 1.5-GHz bandwidth and a 120-MHz large-signal, 0.1-dB bandwidth. The CLC3605 includes a disable feature to save power and allow for multiplexing applications. For applications requiring extreme gain flatness, the CLC1606 single provides a 150-MHz ±0.1dB bandwidth at Vout=2 Vpp. It also specifies a 3.3-kV/µs slew rate and rise/fall times of 0.5 ns. The 500-MHz and up CLC1004, CLC1014, and CLC3004 triple VFB amplifiers reportedly offer bandwidth and slew-rate performance usually found in CFB amplifiers. They exhibit a 1.4-kV/µs slew rate and a 750-MHz bandwidth. For power sensitive applications, the CLC1006 consumes 5.5 mA of supply current. Available in lead-free, RoHS-compliant packages, prices range from $0.38 to $1.77 each/1,000. CADEKA MICROCIRCUITS LLC, Loveland, CO. (877) 663-5452.
