With pinpoint focus on video processing and wireless-communications, the OPA695 current-feedback amplifier provides a bandwidth in excess of 450 MHz with a gain of +8 and a slew rate of 4.3 kV/ms. The device exhibits a bandwidth of 1.4 GHz with a slew rate of 2.5 kV/ms when operating at a lower gain down to +2. Deriving power from a single supply voltage from 5V to 12V, it consumes 12.9 mA of supply current, trimmed at 25°C. Operating within both commercial and industrial temperature ranges, additional features include an input voltage noise of 1.8 nV/vHz, a third-order intercept greater than 30 dBm through 120 MHz, an output swing of ±4.2V with a ±5V supply, and an instrumentation level of 0.04%/0.01° for composite video applications.
