Diodes Housed In Ultra-Mini Package

Jan. 1, 2004
Housed in a SOT-563 package with a nominal profile of 0.58 mm, the CMLSH-4 and CMLSH-4DO Schottky diodes have a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage and current of 40V and 350 mA, respectively. Both devices have a maximum low forward voltage drop

Housed in a SOT-563 package with a nominal profile of 0.58 mm, the CMLSH-4 and CMLSH-4DO Schottky diodes have a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage and current of 40V and 350 mA, respectively. Both devices have a maximum low forward voltage drop of 0.42V and a trr of 5 ns. Additionally, the diodes are said to exhibit the same small signal specs as larger SOT-363 or SOT-26 devices while requiring less board space. CMLSH-4 is configured as two individual diodes, isolated in parallel, while CMLSH-4DO has two individual diodes with opposing anodes and cathodes. Pricing starts at $0.16 each/3K.
