The OPA337 and OPA338 series of op amps feature high speed, low power and single-supply operation in miniature packages. They’re suited for portable, battery-powered and consumer product applications. The dual OPA2337 and OPA2338 amplifiers come in the SOT-23-8 package, which is an 8-lead version of the SOT-23. They’re only 1/4 the size of a conventional SO-8 SMT device, making them a good choice in space-sensitive applications. The single versions (OPA337 and OPA338) come in miniature SOT-23-5 packages. CMOS technology is used to produce low input bias current (10 pA), high open-loop gain (120 dB) and rail-to-rail output swing.
