The MCP601 2.7V single supply operational amplifier is now available in a SOT-23, 5-pin package. In addition to freeing up board space, the device provides a gain bandwidth product of 2.8 MHz and draws less than 325 mA of quiescent current. The MCP60X family of single supply CMOS operational amplifiers provides low bias current, high speed operation, high open-loop gain and rail-to-rail output swing. The common-mode input voltage range can be driven 0.3V below ground. Applications include industrial process control, low-power, battery-operated devices, portable equipment, data acquisition equipment, test equipment and low-end audio. Pricing for the MCP601-I/OT is $0.35 each/1,000.
